If you’re looking to come in only a couple of times a week, we have an option for you. Limited up to 3 classes a week.
On Ramp Program
For all those who are new to CrossFit, regardless of one’s previous athletic background, we require you go through our On Ramp Program. We understand that for some, this is a completely new and very different experience, therefore our main goal with our On Ramp Program is to introduce you to the movements. We want you to be able to perform them in a safe and efficient manner. This program consists of 4 sessions, in which one of our coaches will guide you through proper technique and form as well as the fundamentals and philosophy of Crossfit to get you ready for group classes. Our On Ramp classes can be scheduled any days between Monday – Thursday at 6:30PM.
Those with CrossFit experience, have the opportunity to test out of the On Ramp Program. We do a basic assessment on form and how well the athlete knows the movements. *Please note: It is at the discretion of the trainer on whether the athlete passes the assessment. If not we may require the athlete to go through our On Ramp program.
- On Ramp Program: 4 sessions for $155 (Includes the first month of membership)
- Test Out: 1.5 Hour Session for $40
If you’re visiting the Colorado Springs area and would like to drop in for a workout, we’d love to have you. Learn more about our gym here. Our drop-in fee is only $10 a visit. Or, if you’d like to support our gym, you can purchase any of our Crossfit Endemic apparel and the visit’s on us.
