HAPPY NEW YEAR!  Let’s start the new year off right with an awesome chipper!

Schedule:

10am – 1pm open gym

evening classes are the same as usual.

20 Thrusters

14 Toes to bar

20 Cleans

14 Chest to bar pull-ups

20 Push-press

14 Wall-ball shots @ 20/14 to 10′

20 Sumo dead lift high pull

14 Med. ball cleans @ 20/14

*All the barbell movements will be performed at RX with 95 lb. for men and 65 lb. for women.
