Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
200m. run together as a team
20 weighted push-ups @45/25-lb. plate on upper back
10 Turkish get-ups, 50/35-lb. dumbbell
One partner works at a time, but split work at each
station however they choose. Each partner must at least
do 1 rep of each movement at each station.
