First off everyone at the box was very supportive an encouraged me to try hard. I first showed up at the box unconfident and not quite sure how hard I would have to work to accomplish what I was aiming for, but Clayton helped me do a 180 real quick! I wanted to go to selection and wasn’t quite sure how to prep for it and thanks to Clayton’s help and experience, I succeeded in getting selected. The 3 months of hard work and dedication that Clayton and I both showed to get to this point was well worth it.Whether it was the 100 squats with a 60 lb. rucksack or doing a great hero WOD. By the time I left for selection I had increased in speed, strength and confidence. The time that Clayton took out of his own schedule to help me succeed made me want to do better. Without his or any of the other trainers help and support I don’t think I would have done half as well as I did. I highly suggest to anyone reading this who wants to be fit and succeed to get with Clayton, Kristy, Noodle, Raph or Venassa. They are all amazing people and trainers as well!

Clayton was my personal trainer for 4 months and he did a fantastic job. I had my hip replaced so I needed to get my hip and the rest of my body stronger. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help me accomplish my goal. When I started I could not even bend down far enough to tie my shoes and I struggled with going up and down stairs. My goal was to be able to sit on the floor and be able to get up again without assistance and that was accomplished. I would highly recommend him!

We highly recommend Clayton as a personal trainer. We were your typical out-of-shape and overweight middle aged couple in bad need of some exercise. By our good fortune, we were assigned Clayton as our personal trainer. He started us with simple exercises both on and off of traditional exercise machines and weights and was mindful of our (lack of) abilities. He then tailored our exercise regimen as we progressed in physical strength and stamina and pushed us to work harder. In the process we found new limits that we didn’t know we were capable.
Clayton has the right temperament and motivational skills to keep us on an exercise plan with increasing goals. He combined those abilities with nutrition and exercise knowledge. We strongly believe that Clayton’s skills and knowledge effectively moved us to a healthier exercise and nutrition program than would have otherwise been possible.
In addition to Clayton’s motivational and training skills, he made himself available to meet our after-work schedules, which were not always easy to accommodate.
In short, we recommend Clayton if you looking for a personal trainer that will coach and motivate you and keep you focused on your goals.

I was lucky enough to train with Clayton at a pivotal time in my life. I was at a major crossroad and his inspiring attitude and exceptional knowledge of body mechanics, muscle function, and diet gave me the determination and support I needed to finally succeed in a lifelong goal of “being in shape”. While working with Clayton I was able to accomplish activities I had only dared to think about like running a mile, completing a spinning class, even using the free weights in the back of the gym; he was there with me every step of the way. He developed incredible workouts geared towards my individual abilities, worked with my schedule and kept track of my accomplishments. He offered advice on foods and healthy eating; even how to manage going to “happy hour” and not regretting it latter. He made working out and eating healthy a flexible part of my life rather than a constrictive burden. Not only did I lose weight I felt an overall improvement in my health and it showed. I would definitely recommend him to those who are willing to shed those extra pounds.
