In teams of 2, complete:

25 Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees
100 Push Presses (75/55)
100 Back Squats (75/55)
25 Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees

*For + or – a teammate, add or subtract 50 push press and 50 back squat, however keep the burpee reps the same.
