12 Front squat

9 Shoulder to Overhead

6 Overhead squat

*No prescribed weight.  Seek absolute virtuosity in today’s WOD by choosing a weight in which you can perform each repetition as close to perfect as possible.  “For time” is a term being used loosely today.  20 minute time cap.
