Hang power clean ladder

3/4 bodyweight

once you fail to reach the total needed reps in a minute, lower the weight by 30lb/20lb. and do 1 minute max reps.

rest 5 minutes

Bodyweight front squat ladder

same as before. You may use a rack

once you fail to reach the total needed reps in a minute, lower the weight by 40lb/30lb. and do 1 minute max reps.
