4×30 seconds L-sit and hold on rings

3 sets of Turkish Get Ups:

1st set 5 on each side

2nd set 3 on each side

3rd set 2 on each side

Each set, attempt to increase weight.

                                                           

Tabata bottom-to-bottom squats immediately followed by:

Run a mile

Final score is the set of squats with least amount of repetitions along with your mile time.
