Happy Veterans Day!
From all of us at CrossFit Endemic we wish everyone a happy Veteran’s Day! We pride ourselves in being a CrossFit affiliate that proudly supports our military veterans and their families, along with being run BY veterans. Thank you too all for your service and sacrifice.
U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Aaron N. Holleyman, 27, of Glasgow, Montana, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group, based in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, was killed on August 30, 2004, when his military vehicle hit an improvised explosive device in Khutayiah, Iraq. He is survived by his daughters Shelby and Erin, son Zachary, parents Ross and Glenda, and siblings Kelly and Daniel.
We had an awesome weekend of using that hard earned fitness, members came in and worked through the Hero WOD “Holleyman”, we had some guys tough through the snow and Pikes Peak and Kristy and I got the chance to try out Tony Blauer’s CrossFit Defense course!
