partner deadlift 5 at a time.

3 min rest

3 min AMRAP, 1 partner works at a time, must tag partner before they start:

5 burpee on a 45lb plate

5 jump over deadlift bar

5 kb ground to overhead 35/55

3 min rest

3 min AMRAP:

Ground to backsquat to ground “complex” 5 at a time, then switch.

score = total reps x weight
