This WOD is designed to test an athletes endurance and strength. How long will it take you to pick up the bar after your burpees? With every thruster, aim for a full depth squat with elbows high, and a violent hip extension to aid in getting the bar off of your shoulders. With the burpees, make sure your chest and hips hit the deck on every rep.
