20 minute amrap:

12 Barbell Lunges @ 95/65lbs

6 Stone to Shoulders 100/65lbs

10 Hang power cleans @95/65lbs

24 Big Jump Ropes

*Barbell can’t touch the ground the whole wod. If it touches the ground there is a 200 meter run penalty for both team mates.
