Team WOD!

16 Minute AMRAP:

teams of 2:

For reps and load, 1 partner completes as many back squat as possible while the other partner runs 200 meters, and then completes 5 burpees.  The weight will be agreed upon between partners before the WOD.  The WOD will be scored by reps completed X weight on bar.

**If this WOD is done as an individual, the WOD is as follows:

15 Backsquat @ decided weight

200 meter run

5 Burpees
